Some features require an account. You can create an account by email/password or by using a supported identity provider such as Google Sign-In. When you sign in using an identity provider we receive a limited set of information (for example name and email) from that provider to create and maintain your account.

This website and its services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and will delete any such data if discovered.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or other conduct that harms our service or users.

The site and services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, UPO’s liability is limited to direct losses and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.

UPO is committed to complying with the Digital Communications Code of Practice and relevant provisions of New Zealand telecommunications law. We will not send unsolicited commercial messages to your personal contact details unless we have your prior consent or an established business relationship. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms. We will publish changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use following publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
